What Happens At A TCB Meeting?

Brief Opening & Closing Prayer - Since we are here seeking not only each others guidance but God’s as well, it is necessary for us to have time to prepare our minds and hearts and invite God into our meeting.

30-Day Goal Review - Each member is required to make a 30-day goal at each meeting.  This goal may be on any subject matter that you choose.  In most cases, it will be tied into an issue that you bring to the board.

The purpose of this 30-day goal is to help you to take action and be accountable.  You will never be told what your 30 day goal should be. That will always be your personal decision.

The Member Go-Around - This is the “core” of the TCB Board.  Each member will have equal time to present  their issue to the board. Then the other members will discuss, reflect and offer advice or opinions.

The unique dynamic of the TCB Board is that you will of course receive insight for your issue, however, you will be amazed at the valuable information, ideas and inspiration that you will receive from hearing and being part of others issues that come before the board.

Meeting Format - TCB Board meetings are about 4 hours in length and are held once per month on a specific schedule.

Each board member "hosts" the board at their location on a rotation. This allows your fellow members to see your environment and observe first hand where you serve in your ministry.
